We’re thrilled to announce that Pembleton has moved to a brand-new, purpose-built facility to build our T24 roadster and V-Sport three wheeler. But don't worry we've not gone far, in fact we're still right here on the same site as our beloved old workshops. It’s been an exciting journey 6 years in the making, and while our new space represents a step forward in efficiency and capability, it also continues the story of the charm, craftsmanship and care that has always defined us.
Over the years, our workshops had seen modest, organic growth. What started as a quaint, intimate workspace in converted stables eventually began to feel a little snug as our ambitions and capabilities expanded. Our old workshops, full of character and memories, served us beautifully, but it became clear that to keep delivering the quality and care our customers expect, we needed a space designed for the future. The new workshops give us the room to slowly and gradually increase build quantities and work more efficiently, without compromising the high standards our customers have come to expect.
The new workshops sit on exactly the same footprint as the old Dutch barn they replaced and because Pembleton HQ is in a conservation area, it was really important that the new buildings kept the same shape, feel, and charm as the original structure. Even though everything is brand new, the aim was to make it look and feel like it has always belonged here.
While the new facility is designed to optimise workflow and streamline production, we remain committed to staying a small, focused team. Our goal is not to grow beyond our means, but to do better in delivering increased attention to each project, enhanced customer care, and uncompromising quality of service. Efficiency in the new space means we can dedicate more time to the details that matter, ensuring every build is crafted with precision and care.
And yet, despite the modern layout and increased capacity, we’ve kept the charm and warmth of our old workshops.
It’s still a space where creativity flourishes, where the human touch is at the heart of every project, and where the spirit of Pembleton craftsmanship lives on.
The new Pembleton Workshops is more than a new building, it’s a space that allows us to grow thoughtfully, serve our customers better, and continue doing what we love, without losing the qualities that make us unique.
One of the most exciting additional benefits of the new space is the opportunity to welcome people in. With more room and a better layout, we will be able to host open days and events in the future, allowing visitors to see how our cars are built, meet the team, and experience the atmosphere of the workshop firsthand. It’s something we’ve wanted to do for a long time, and we’re delighted that the new workshops will finally give us the space to share what we do with larger groups. We can’t wait to welcome you and share this next chapter with you.
