Can i return my item?


You can return your item for a refund for a refund if you are not happy. You can also exhange it for another size if it is not the correct fit. Full details can be found in our returns policy here.




Where is my delivery?


If your delivery is later than expected you can get in touch if you would like an update. Not all services are tracked so it may not be possible to get an accurate delivery update. For full details see our delivery policy.




What delivery options are there?


We offer 2 delivery options for UK orders: Royal Mail Second Class (not tracked) APC next working day (tracked) You can choose between these at checkout. We only offer one delivery option for non-UK sales. For more information please see our delivery policy.




Can i exchange my item?


You can exchange your item for a different size if yours is not the correct fit. You cannot exchange it for another item however. For full details see our returns policy.




My item is faulty, what should i do?


You can return faulty items for a refund as long as you do so withing 30 days. Full details are found in our returns policy.
