One donor car is required to complete the kit. The chassis is ready to accept all of the
major components and in no time will be on its wheels. The body panels are cut from aluminium using the patterns supplied. This is straight forward needing no special tools, there are no compound curves and the build will be extremely satisfying. Every effort has been made to keep the 2CV parts as standard throughout resulting in a cheaper build and more reliability. Both Super Sports and Brooklands belonging to customers have successfully passed SVA and afterwards, your car will retain an age related plate. |
|
Long and standard wheelbase versions
are available in the Super Sport, and standard wheelbase in the Brooklands. All incorporate a steel frame around the cockpit. Full weather protection includes a V screen option, hood, sidescreens and tonneau. Fit the strong luggage rack and any tour can be undertaken with ease. Aluminium pannels can be supplied ready cut. |

The professionally designed tubular space frame chassis with stressed aluminium skin

|
With a possible build weight of 300Kgs and a power to weight ratio of
118bhp per ton, the Super Sports is exceptionally light. This reduces the stress on all of the components and leaves the engine in a reliable state of tune with a resulting large improvement in performance and handling, that combines with new suspension geometry (requiring no detrimental additions such as anti-roll bars) makes the cars a deliught to drive.
The Brooklands weighs from 350Kgs, and has engine options up to
105bhp (300 bhp/ton) . All of this is a result of the designer's years of |
|
National Championship
winning motorcycle and motor-sport experience. A Pembleton really does have a race pedigree. |
|
The Super Sports can be
completed for as little as £1600. It will run on unleaded fuel and can return up to 60mpg. Road tax is only £60 a year and insurance is straight forward and competitively priced. |
|
The Pembleton range captures the stark business-like good looks of the
classic 1920s vintage sportscar. It can be embellished with all of the period fittings such as bonnet straps, Brooklands can silencers, leather seats, engine turned dashboard and quick release fuel filler cap etc. With equal effect it can be left with its clean, flowing lines in polished aluminium, the choice is yours |
